Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package makefs, which is
part of the otherosfs section, and maintained by Thorsten Glaser

This package contains : create a cd9660 or ffs file system image from a
directory tree.

suite::bsd, use::converting, use::storing, works-with-format::iso9660,
