[ddp] cutter : disconnect routed IP connections

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package cutter, which is
part of the net section, and maintained by Aurélien GÉRÔME
<ag at roxor.cx>. 

This package contains : disconnect routed IP connections.

Cutter will send packets to both ends of a TCP/IP connection to close
the connection.  It is designed to be used on a Linux router to disconnect
unwanted connections.
