Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package liblicense-dev,
which is part of the libdevel section, and maintained by Asheesh Laroia
<asheesh at asheesh.org>. 

This package contains : Development headers for the liblicense package.

An implementation of the Creative Commons metadata standards for saving
and retrieving information about media files. This includes the license they
are under, where to get more information, and how to obtain further
permissions.
