[ddp] splitvt : run two programs in a split screen

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package splitvt, which is
part of the utils section, and maintained by Mònica Ramírez Arceda
<monica at probeta.net>. 

This package contains : run two programs in a split screen.

A utility to split a vt100 compatible screen into two halves,
upper and lower, and run a different program simultaneously
in each half.
