[ddp] libresid-builder-dev : SID chip emulation class based on resid

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package
libresid-builder-dev, which is part of the libdevel section, and
maintained by Laszlo Boszormenyi (GCS) <gcs at debian.hu>. 

This package contains : SID chip emulation class based on resid.

SID builder packages provide a chip emulator, to be used by libsidplay2.
This package is an emulation based on the resid library, including hardsid
support.
