[ddp] quota : implementation of the disk quota system

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package quota, which is part
of the admin section, and maintained by Michael Meskes
<meskes at debian.org>. 

This package contains : implementation of the disk quota system.

QUOTA is implemented using the BSD system call interface as the means of
communication with the user level. This is based on the Melbourne quota
system which uses both user and group quota files.
