Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libxar-dev, which is
part of the non-free/libdevel section, and maintained by Joachim
Breitner <nomeata at debian.org>. Be careful, this package is in the
non-free section !

This package contains : Library to read and write Xar files.

The XarLib library is designed to assist in the reading
and writing of Xar format files.

This package contains the development files required to
build software that uses libxar.
