Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package
mlton-target-s390-linux-gnu, which is part of the devel section, and
maintained by Wesley W. Terpstra (Debian) <terpstra at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Cross-compiler support files for MLton on
s390-linux-gnu.

This package adds support for -target s390-linux-gnu to MLton.
Executables compiled with this option (on any system) will target
Debian Linux s390.
