Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package steptalk, which is
part of the libs section, and maintained by Hubert Chathi
<uhoreg at debian.org>. 

This package contains : The GNUstep Scripting Framework.

StepTalk is a scripting framework for creating scriptable servers or
applications.  StepTalk, when combined with the dynamism of the Objective-C
language, goes way beyond mere scripting.
