Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package
globus-rls-server-dbg, which is part of the debug section, and
maintained by Mattias Ellert <mattias.ellert at fysast.uu.se>. 

This package contains : Globus Toolkit - Replica Location Service
Server Debug Symbols.
