Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libpixman-1-dev,
which is part of the libdevel section, and maintained by Debian X
Strike Force <debian-x at lists.debian.org>. 

This package contains : pixel-manipulation library for X and cairo
(development files).

Development libraries, header files and documentation needed by
programs that want to compile with the Cairo/X pixman library.
