[ddp] ipfm : a bandwidth analysis tool

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package ipfm, which is part
of the net section, and maintained by Sam Hocevar (Debian packages)
<sam+deb at zoy.org>. 

This package contains : a bandwidth analysis tool.

IPFM counts how much data was sent and received by specified hosts through
an Internet link.
