Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package nowhere, which is
part of the devel section, and maintained by Debian QA Group
<packages at qa.debian.org>. 

This package contains : Translates programs from an extended Standard
ML to Standard ML.

Translates programs with conditional patterns, such as where clauses, into
legal SML code.
