Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package linux-libc-dev,
which is part of the devel section, and maintained by Debian Kernel
Team <debian-kernel at lists.debian.org>. 

This package contains : Linux Kernel Headers for development.

This package provides headers from the Linux kernel.  These headers are
used by the installed headers for GNU glibc and other system libraries.
