Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package plplot9-driver-xwin,
which is part of the libs section, and maintained by Andrew Ross

This package contains : Scientific plotting library (X11 driver).

This package provides the X11 driver module for PLplot, a scientific
plotting library.
