[ddp] manpages-ja-dev : Japanese version of the manual pages (for developers)

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package manpages-ja-dev,
which is part of the doc section, and maintained by Keita Maehara
<maehara at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Japanese version of the manual pages (for
developers).

This package contains the Linux manual pages translated into
Japanese. Following sections are provided:
  * 2 = Linux system calls.
  * 3 = Libc calls (note that a more comprehensive source of
information may be found in the libc6-doc package).
