[ddp] libtlen1 : API for tlen.pl, an IM protocol based on Jabber

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libtlen1, which is
part of the libs section, and maintained by Grzegorz Bizon
<verdan at pirx.int.pl>. 

This package contains : API for tlen.pl, an IM protocol based on
Jabber.

libtlen is a library providing an API for client programs which
want to use tlen.pl, an Instant Messanging protocol based on Jabber,
but with some modifications such as tleenx2.
