Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libghc6-arrows-dev,
which is part of the devel section, and maintained by Ian Lynagh
(wibble) <igloo at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Haskell arrow classes and transformers for GHC.

This package provides a library for the Haskell programming language.

This library provides several classes that extend the Arrow class, and
some transformers that implement or lift these classes.
