Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package kdesvn-kio-plugins,
which is part of the devel section, and maintained by Michael Biebl
<biebl at debian.org>. 

This package contains : subversion I/O slaves for KDE.

This packages includes KIO slaves for svn, svn+file, svn+http,
svn+https, svn+ssh. This allows you to access subversion repositories
inside any KIO enabled KDE application.

This package is part of kdesvn.
