Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libhtml-munger-perl,
which is part of the perl section, and maintained by Misha Nasledov
<misha at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Module which simplifies the creation of web
filters..

HTML::Munger is a simple module which allows easy creation of web page
filtering software, such as those listed here:
