[ddp] gambas : Visual development environment for the Gambas programming language

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package gambas, which is
part of the devel section, and maintained by José L. Redrejo
Rodríguez <jredrejo at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Visual development environment for the Gambas
programming language.

Gambas is a free development environment based on a Basic interpreter
with object extensions, like Visual Basic(tm) (but it is NOT a clone!).
With Gambas, you can quickly design your program GUI, access MySQL or
PostgreSQL databases, pilot KDE applications with DCOP, translate your
program into many languages, and so on...

This package includes the Gambas Development Environment, with the
database manager and installs the help files and all the components.
