Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package latex-cjk-korean,
which is part of the tex section, and maintained by Danai SAE-HAN
(韓達耐) <danai.sae-han at edpnet.be>. 

This package contains : Korean module of LaTeX CJK.

CJK is a macro package for LaTeX.  This package gives you the possibility
to include Korean text in your (La)TeX documents.
