Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libcoin20-dev, which
is part of the libdevel section, and maintained by Steve M. Robbins
<smr at debian.org>. 

This package contains : high-level 3D graphics kit - development.

Coin is a high-level 3D graphics library with a C++ Application
Programming Interface.  Coin implements the SGI Open Inventor API,
the de facto standard graphics library for 3D visualization and
visual simulation software in the scientific and engineering
community.
