[ddp] ifupdown : high level tools to configure network interfaces

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package ifupdown, which is
part of the admin section, and maintained by Anthony Towns
<ajt at debian.org>. 

This package contains : high level tools to configure network
interfaces.

This package provides the tools ifup and ifdown which may be used to
configure (or, respectively, deconfigure) network interfaces based on
interface definitions in the file /etc/network/interfaces.
