Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package dh-make-php, which
is part of the web section, and maintained by Uwe Steinmann
<steinm at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Creates Debian source packages for PHP PEAR and
PECL extensions.

Contains dh-make-pear and dh-make-pecl, which create Debian source packages
from PHP PEAR and PECL packages respectively.
