[ddp] smartcard : A smartcard utility for Linux

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package smartcard, which is
part of the utils section, and maintained by Debian QA Group
<packages at qa.debian.org>. 

This package contains : A smartcard utility for Linux.

`smartcard' allows you to control a smart card reader from the
command line. Currently, it supports just a few basic commands
which only work on plain I2C memory cards.
