[ddp] libphidgets0 : Phidgets access library

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libphidgets0, which
is part of the libs section, and maintained by martin f. krafft
<madduck at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Phidgets access library.

libphidgets provides a generic and flexible way to access and interact with
the various Phidget devices (http://www.phidgets.com). It is based on libhid
and thus does not require HID support in the kernel.

This package provides the runtime library for libphidgets.
