[ddp] links-ssl : Dummy package for transition to elinks

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package links-ssl, which is
part of the oldlibs section, and maintained by Peter Gervai
<grin at tolna.net>. 

This package contains : Dummy package for transition to elinks.

Links-ssl is not distributable due to license incompabilities. This package
will upgrade existing installations of links-ssl to elinks, a browser similar
to links that supports SSL. This dummy package can be safely removed
afterwards.
