[ddp] tftp-hpa : HPA's tftp client

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package tftp-hpa, which is
part of the net section, and maintained by Jaakko Niemi
<liiwi at debian.org>. 

This package contains : HPA's tftp client.

This is a tftp client derived from OpenBSD tftp with some
extra options added and bugs fixed. The source includes readline
support but it is not enabled due to licence conflicts between
the BSD advertising clause and the GPL.
