[ddp] libperlio-eol-perl : PerlIO layer for normalizing line endings

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libperlio-eol-perl,
which is part of the perl section, and maintained by Bastian Blank
<waldi at debian.org>. 

This package contains : PerlIO layer for normalizing line endings.

This layer normalizes any of CR, LF, CRLF and Native encoding into the
designated line ending.  It works for both input and output handles.
