[ddp] libgal2.4-dev : G App Libs (development files)

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libgal2.4-dev, which
is part of the devel section, and maintained by Takuo KITAME
<kitame at debian.org>. 

This package contains : G App Libs (development files).

This module contains some library functions that came from Gnumeric
and Evolution.  The idea is to reuse those widgets across various
larger GNOME applications that might want to use these widgets.
