[ddp] libosp-dev : OpenJade group's SP suite, developer support

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libosp-dev, which is
part of the libdevel section, and maintained by Neil Roeth
<neil at debian.org>. 

This package contains : OpenJade group's SP suite, developer support.

This contains include files and the static library for libosp.
This C++ library contains entity management functions, parsing functions,
and other functions useful for SGML/XML/DSSSL development.
