Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package mesa-common-dev,
which is part of the devel section, and maintained by Mesa package
maintainers <pkg-mesa-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>. 

This package contains : Developer documentation for Mesa.

This package includes the specifications for the Mesa-specific OpenGL
extensions, the complete set of release release notes and the
development header files common to all Mesa packages.
