[ddp] v4l-conf : tool to configure video4linux drivers

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package v4l-conf, which is
part of the graphics section, and maintained by Gerd Knorr
<kraxel at debian.org>. 

This package contains : tool to configure video4linux drivers.

This is a small tool to configure a video4linux
device driver.  It is required to make the video
overlay work in fbtv and xawtv.
