[ddp] ri-db-el : Emacs interface for ri1.6

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package ri-db-el, which is
part of the interpreters section, and maintained by akira yamada
<akira at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Emacs interface for ri1.6.

Provide three kinds of support for 'ri' inside emacs:
 - simple interactive query
 - a browsable index, where you can follow links to do things like
   drill down on the methods within a class or module.
 - pop-up help on the class or method under point.
