Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package
libsigcx-gtk-0.6-dev, which is part of the libdevel section, and
maintained by Andreas Rottmann <rotty at debian.org>. 

This package contains : libSigCX (libSigC++ Extras) GTK+ dispatcher -
development.

This library contains the multithreading and other libSigC++
extensions.

This package includes the development files (headers, static
libraries) of the the GTK+ event loop dispatcher for libSigCX.
