[ddp] twpsk : Soundcard-based X program for operating PSK31

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package twpsk, which is part
of the hamradio section, and maintained by Joop Stakenborg
<pa3aba at debian.org>. 

This package contains : Soundcard-based X program for operating PSK31.

Twpsk uses a soundcard to receive and transmit PSK31, an extremely
narrow band HF-mode. PSK31 is a mode for keyboard QSO's.
