[ddp] libmorph : digital image warping library

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libmorph, which is
part of the libs section, and maintained by A Mennucc1
<mennucc1 at debian.org>. 

This package contains : digital image warping library.

libmorph warps images.  The technique was invented and first used by
Industrial Light and Magic, and is commonly called "morphing."
