Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package katoob, which is
part of the text section, and maintained by Mohammed Sameer
<debian at foolab.org>. 

This package contains : A Gtk2 light weight multilingual BiDi aware
text editor.

katoob is a light weight, multi lingual, BIDI-aware text editor.
It support opening and saving files in multiple encodings.
The main support was for Arabic language, But more languages are currently
supported, including Hebrew and Farsi.
