[ddp] splay : Sound player for MPEG-1,2 layer 1,2,3

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package splay, which is part
of the sound section, and maintained by John Hedges
<john at drystone.co.uk>. 

This package contains : Sound player for MPEG-1,2 layer 1,2,3.

Based on maplay, this package decodes layer I, II, and III MPEG audio
streams/files and plays them from the command line. It can also be used
to play wav files.
