Hello,
Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package drqueue, which is
part of the net section, and maintained by David MartÃnez Moreno
<ender at debian.org>.
This package contains : distributed render queue manager.
DrQueue is a tool to distribute shell-based tasks such as rendering
images on a per frame basis. DrQueue works under Linux, FreeBSD, Irix
and Mac OS X. It is distributed under GPL and is composed by three
main tools: master, slave and drqman.
Right now DrQueue supports Maya, Blender, BMRT and Pixie under the GUI.
The rest of tools need a small shell script to be written.
drqman is the GUI used to control jobs and computers. You can
reprioritize jobs, stop them, restart specific frames, change frames
to be rendered and so.
