[ddp] libwine-capi : Windows Emulator (ISDN Module)

Hello,

Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libwine-capi, which
is part of the libs section, and maintained by Ove Kaaven
<ovek at arcticnet.no>. 

This package contains : Windows Emulator (ISDN Module).

This is an ALPHA release of Wine, the MS-Windows emulator.  This is
still a developers release and many applications may still not work.

This package contains a CAPI interface that allows Windows apps
to communicate with ISDN cards supported by capi4linux.

Wine is often updated.
