Today, I'm happy to present you the Debian package libxc1.2, which is
part of the misc section, and maintained by Adam Heath
<doogie at brainfood.com>. 

This package contains : control library for XEN, a Virtual Machine
Monitor.

Library to control the XEN microkernel.  Contains functions for creating,
starting, stopping, saving, virtual instances.
